Numiora is a numerology and personal-reflection app operated by Second Wind Limited. These terms apply to the app and related services. By using Numiora, you agree to these terms.
2. Personal and AI-generated content
Numerology is a symbolic tradition. Readings and AI-generated interpretations are provided for general information and personal reflection. They are not scientific findings, guaranteed predictions, or medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek an appropriately qualified professional for high-stakes matters.
Do not rely on a compatibility reading to determine another person’s feelings or consent. Use information about another person only when you have permission to do so.
3. Your account and use
The app creates a Firebase anonymous account on first use, without requiring an email or password. Private service requests are authenticated with its Firebase user identifier. Keep access to your device secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account, or use Numiora to violate another person’s rights.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features and their current price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes are shown by Google Play at checkout. Purchases are processed by Google Play and validated through RevenueCat. A subscription renews under the terms displayed by Google Play unless you cancel before renewal. Manage or cancel it in Google Play. Deleting your Numiora account does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s rules.
5. Availability and changes
We may update or temporarily suspend features to maintain or improve the service. We may change these terms when necessary; the current version and effective date will appear on this page. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service and delete your account.
6. Intellectual property
Numiora’s software, branding, and original content belong to Second Wind Limited or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit app content without permission.
7. Responsibility and contact
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Numiora is provided without a promise that every reading will be available, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions can be sent to support@secondwindltd.xyz.
