Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. The request is authenticated to your current Firebase account.
What deletion removes
The delete request removes your Numiora account record, generated reading history, daily usage and request-integrity records, and Firebase anonymous user. The app creates a fresh anonymous account when it starts again. A minimal hashed deletion marker remains to prevent delayed requests from recreating deleted data. Your raw profile details are not retained by our backend.
What deletion does not do
Deleting your Numiora account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before or after deleting your account. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction and subscription records that they are required to keep. Infrastructure security logs and provider backups may follow their own retention schedules.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@secondwindltd.xyz with “Numiora account deletion” in the subject. We will guide you through a secure way to verify the request. Do not include your birth date, full name, password, or payment card details in the email.
